It is also the start of the park connector to Marina Barrage, Gardens By The Bay and Marina Bay Sands, and the perfect place to experience Singapore’s island vibe, connect with nature, catch sunrise and sunset, or simply savour the wind on your cheeks. Opened in 1972, this is the largest park in Singapore built on reclaimed land, and holds precious memories for many Singaporeans of weekend holiday at the chalets, overnight camping or happy seaside barbeques with family or classmates.
