Designed by Mike Tay, Onlewo’s My Home cement tile collection draws inspiration from the everyday architecture and shared spaces of Singapore. Observed through the designer’s own experience of his home country, these designs turn ordinary sights into meaningful design elements that bring a sense of belonging to contemporary interiors.

The collection features familiar scenes from Singaporean life: the HDB staircase that connects homes and reflects the rhythms of daily living; the stone table and chairs beneath the HDB void deck, where neighbours gather and friendships grow; and windows framing clouds and the sunrise, offering quiet moments of reflection and the promise of new beginnings.

Each design translates these everyday observations into decorative cement tiles that bring local character, personal stories and a sense of place to interior spaces.

Made using traditional cement tile techniques, each piece carries subtle variations that reflect its handmade nature. These natural irregularities give the tiles their individual character, making them particularly suited to interiors that value authenticity, texture and a lived-in quality.
