Cost: $12 (Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200!)

Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days (during office hours).

What to Expect: Our delivery partners may not always call in advance as they are on the road, so please make sure the receiving person is reachable or that your delivery address has an operating reception counter.

Details Needed: To facilitate a smooth delivery, please provide a valid mobile number (no landlines) and the receiver's name. Our delivery partners' experience with landlines is rather unsuccessful, so unfortunately, they don't accept landlines anymore. 

Special Requests & Surcharges: Need your items on a specific day or time? We can arrange that for a $40 fee. Please note that deliveries to restricted zones or addresses requiring a security pass exchange will incur a surcharge of up to $30.

Oops, Missed Delivery? If a delivery attempt fails, the item will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee of up to $50 will apply, or you can choose to self-collect it from our shop.

When: Monday to Friday (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturday (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost shown at checkout is just an estimate. We’ll calculate the exact cost once we’ve checked the final weight and size of your package, which may differ slightly or significantly from the initial estimate. Shipping overseas need extra care, so this extra effort will be needed before an accurate shipping cost can be arrived at. 

Providers & Tracking: We typically ship via Singapore Post EMS, which provides tracking up to the point of export. If you prefer full end-to-end tracking, we can use DHL for an additional cost.

Customs & Duties: Please be prepared for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred upon delivery to your country. 

Bulky Item Restrictions: Unfortunately, large items like framed art, furniture, and lighting cannot be shipped overseas. If you aren't sure if your item qualifies, please email eugene@onlewo.com to double-check before placing your order!
